    Introduction & Acceptance

    Welcome to Totally Mutts Self-Service Dog Wash & Professional Grooming. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

    These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Totally Mutts, located at 13714 NE 28th St #17, Vancouver, WA 98682.

    Services Description

    Totally Mutts provides the following services for dogs:

    • Self-Service Dog Wash: Access to professional-grade washing stations, shampoos, conditioners, towels, and drying equipment
    • Full-Service Professional Grooming: Complete grooming services including bathing, haircuts, styling, and finishing
    • A-La-Carte Services: Individual services such as nail trimming, ear cleaning, teeth brushing, and de-shedding treatments

    Service availability, pricing, and offerings are subject to change. Current pricing is available at our facility or by contacting us directly.

    Booking & Appointments

    Professional Grooming

    Appointments for professional grooming services are recommended and can be scheduled by phone at (360) 831-6009 or through our online booking system. Walk-ins may be accommodated based on availability.

    Self-Service Wash

    Self-service dog wash is available on a walk-in basis during business hours. No appointment is required, but availability of wash stations is on a first-come, first-served basis.

    Appointment Confirmation

    Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are running late, please call us as soon as possible. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or rescheduling.

    Payment Terms

    • Payment is due at the time of service
    • We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards
    • Prices are subject to change without notice
    • Additional charges may apply for matted coats, behavioral issues, or special handling requirements
    • Tips are appreciated but not required

    Cancellation Policy

    We understand that schedules change. To respect our groomers' time and accommodate other customers:

    • 24-Hour Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment
    • Late Cancellations: Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee
    • No-Shows: Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without notice may result in a no-show fee and may affect future booking privileges

    Pet Care Policies

    Vaccination Requirements

    For the safety of all pets and staff, we require that all dogs be current on core vaccinations, including Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella (kennel cough). Proof of vaccination may be requested.

    Health & Condition

    Pets must be free of contagious conditions, fleas, and ticks. If we discover any health issues during grooming, we will notify you immediately. We reserve the right to refuse service to pets with contagious conditions.

    Behavioral Requirements

    We strive to provide a safe, stress-free environment. If your pet displays aggressive behavior that poses a risk to our staff or other animals, we may need to stop the service. Please inform us of any behavioral concerns in advance.

    Senior & Special Needs Pets

    We welcome senior dogs and those with special needs. Please inform us of any health conditions, mobility issues, or special requirements so we can provide appropriate care.

    Liability & Waiver

    While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of your pet:

    • Grooming procedures, even when performed with care, carry inherent risks
    • We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, allergies, or health issues that may be aggravated during grooming
    • In the rare event of an injury, we will seek immediate veterinary care and notify you promptly
    • You are responsible for disclosing any known health conditions, allergies, or behavioral issues
    • Self-service customers are responsible for the safety and supervision of their pets while using our facilities

    By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to release Totally Mutts from liability for any injury or damage not caused by gross negligence.

    User Conduct

    When using our facilities and services, you agree to:

    • Treat our staff and other customers with respect and courtesy
    • Supervise your pet at all times when using self-service facilities
    • Clean up after your pet both inside and outside our facility
    • Follow all posted rules and staff instructions
    • Not bring aggressive or dangerous animals onto the premises
    • Not interfere with the services being provided to other customers

    We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these conduct standards.

    All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Totally Mutts or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

    Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
