What should I expect on my first visit?

For self-service dog wash: Check in at the front desk, our staff will show you to a tub, we'll explain how to use the equipment, you bathe your dog at your own pace, and we handle all the cleanup! For professional grooming: Arrive at your scheduled appointment time, brief consultation with your groomer, discuss your dog's needs and desired style, drop off your dog (we'll call when ready), and pickup and final review.

For self-service wash: Just bring your dog! We provide everything else. Optional: Your dog's leash. For professional grooming: Your dog's leash, any specific products if veterinary-prescribed, and photos of desired haircut (if applicable).

Yes, for the health and safety of all pets, we require current vaccinations: Rabies (required by law), Bordetella (kennel cough), and DHPP (distemper, parvo, etc.). Please bring vaccination records on your first visit or have your vet fax them to us.
